THE STARTING POINT INTO
THE IRIE™ CULTURAL TRANSFORMATION SYSTEM.
BEFORE YOU INVEST
It’s important to be clear about what this assessment does, and what it may surface.
This is NOT a values exercise or a leadership style quiz, nor a cultural index.
Cultural indices measure how people feel. This examines what is actually producing those feelings: the decisions, behaviours, and systems shaping culture whether you can see them or not.
It is a structured assessment that makes your cultural impact visible , including where intent and lived experience may not currently align.
If you are prepared to look honestly at how your leadership shapes day-to-day culture, this assessment will give you a clear starting point.
WHAT THIS ASSESSMENT REVEALS
The IRIE™ Leader Cultural Assessment is the entry point into the Living IRIE™ Cultural Transformation System.
It establishes a leadership baseline by examining how decisions, behaviours, and systems currently shape culture — whether consciously or not.
This assessment does not assume success, readiness, or alignment.
It starts from current reality.
WHAT THE ASSESSMENT MAKES VISIBLE
YOUR LEADERSHIP BASELINE:
How your current leadership patterns show up across the four IRIE™ Pillars: Innovation, Responsibility, Inclusion, and Equity
CULTURAL IMPACT, NOT INTENTION:
Where your understanding of your leadership may differ from how culture is likely being experienced day-to-day.
AREAS OF ALIGNMENT AND STRAIN:
Patterns that support healthy collaboration — and those that quietly undermine it.
YOUR IRIE STARTING POINT PLACEMENT :
A developmental placement (Builder → Explorer → Collaborator → Pioneer) that shows where you are starting from, not how “good” you are.
THIS IS DESCRIPTIVE, NOT JUDGEMENTAL... BUT IT IS DIRECT.
